"They sold me defective product and refused to make good on the return, or to help me solve it. I will be using a different pharmacy from now on. Not only were the pharmacists not helpful, but frankly, they didn’t seem all that smart, and couldn’t care less about you. Interesting that the Walgreens right down the street has much better feedback than these guys at CVS do. I will switch to them."

"This CVS has shown a drastic decline in function and efficiency over the past three years and their latest manager, Emily, is the icing on the cake. Experienced issues with reaching the pharmacy (almost an hour on hold) in regards to my father’s anti-rejection medication for his kidney transplant. I drove to the pharmacy faster than they picked up the call. When asked to address the issue with the pharmacy, Emily could only say ‘this is my second shift’ and smile as she seemed to take joy in my inconvenience. When I asked to just have her store manager reach out later, she refused to take down my contact information and marched towards the back of the store. Then she told me to leave and told the pharmacy to call the police on me because I was threatening her-I was not. I left furious and am still experiencing lasting issues with this pharmacy. Use Drug Mart. It’s right next door and significantly more efficient and friendly."
