"Where do I begin? I have the utmost respect for Dr Glenn and his staff! We have been longtime clients of his and wouldn't think of going anywhere else! Dr. Glenn and Denise are what I would describe as the A-team. Their loving care has kept our pups going well past their years. The front desk staff is just as wonderful! Every single time my husband or I call into the office we feel their care and concern for our pets. They are easy to talk to and obviously great at dealing with their clientele. We've also used their boarding and grooming services as well and have ZERO complaints. Prices are beyond reasonable. Dr. Thorson tells your pets health as it is and not looking to make an extra buck, which as a client, I appreciate to no end. Too many veterinarians out there looking to make easy money off of the love we have for our pets. I'm reading some of these negative reviews and I have to be honest...I'm having a hard time believing them. Clearly, there is another side to the stories that are being told. Not every veterinary practice fits everyone, so glad you aren't taking up my pets potential appointment times lol Bottom line is, I feel everyone within those 4 walls love their job and you can certainly tell. They all work so well together. They are always laughing and smiling with each other and seem very much like a family. To me, along with the lack of employee turnover says a lot!!! Clearly, you can't please everyone, but I'm sure BHVH has pleased many, many, many more clients and pets than they have displeased!!"
