"I am so done with this Pharmacy. I don’t even know where to begin. I’ve given this pharmacy several chances. They are the absolute worst. Absolute worst they’re passive aggressively slow on purpose, and they always claim they’re short staffed. I’ve been getting prescriptions filled for 30 years at several pharmacies in this area, and I have never in my life had a single problem. I am so I am so upset that I could get this bad of service. I don’t even know where to begin so I’m just gonna call Corporate and talk to them about everything. Please people go somewhere else!!! They had a ton of one star reviews and then right after that they started getting whole bunch of better ones because they had all their friends or people they know post reviews that’s what places do when they get a ton of one stars. I feel like I’m in the twilight zone or something because this is no way could any place be this absolutely bad!!"
"Update. I picked up prescriptions, and as part of the process, there is information on the credit card machine that I have to agree to. This ... employee ... reaches in my way, tap tap agree, and doesn't say a word. Um, excuse me? So I asked, and she blows me off. This has happened repeatedly with this employee. She is blonde, heavy set, and obviously needs some training. Whatever she agreed me to, I want it taken back; I do not agree. Previous 5 star review: The male after 10 pm weeknight cashier was amazing. Joyful and helpful and saved me $$$ and fixed my issue. And I didn't even go to CVS to fix an issue! This guy is just amazing."
"I had to purchase vitamins at cvs in Berea Ohio. I was having a hard time buying CVS brand that I always purchase. The sweetest employee (her name was Robin) helped me find them. There needs to be more people with the customer service like Robin Hamp."
