"Staffed by humans. Be careful of 5th hand smoke. They sell a dried, aged plant that you can smoke and stuff to help you do that in an effective manner. They have some other stuff too. No live bands. The staff human seemed disturbed that I was naked, but did sell me a package of finely crafted rice paper that I was told is an acceptable trading item. Pleasant experience, But you should probably wear clothes."
