"Something popped up on the credit card machine, asking me to sign and choose. The clerk at the pharmacy drew lines in the signature box, picked Agree, and never even mentioned what she had agreed me to. That's some pretty shady nonsense. Otherwise, love CVS. The other day a different clerk was way helpful."

"Horrible! Never been back in 3 years! Dr. wrote prescription for generic drug to replace name brand one. After not hearing from CVS for weeks, I went in. Pharmacist looked up and saw the Rx for the generic drug and told me that they decided not to fill it because it was so close to the chemical make up as the name brand unit. I asked about cost difference and he told me the generic was about $20.00 (estimating) while the name brand was @ $80.00 for same quantity. They didn't fill the Rx provided by my doctor & they never called me to let me know they weren't going to. The only reason I can get out of my conversation was that the store was not going to make as much profit on the generic drug. Can I finish this without giving any stars? If not I will have to do one star."

"I went on a Saturday night for my boyfriend to pick up his prescriptions. I stood at the drop off counter for 20 min before I was helped. There were no other customers in the store. The man behind the counter (Reuban) was such a rude employee. Zero customer service skills. This is the worst employee I've seen here."

"This has to be one of the busiest pharmacies in the state. They often have 3 pharmacists on duty and they're constantly busy. Unfortunately it often means a long wait. Don't expect to be quick if you're getting a prescription filled here."
