"Watch each and every purchase you make, check your receipts, and for the love of God, NEVER load a prepaid debit card!! The first incident happened last October. I had given the cashier $285 for a $280 card load. I got home and saw that only $80 had been added to the card. I called, thinking it was an honest mistake. The manager snapped at me to “check my receipt”. I hadn’t checked my receipt because I had been going there for years and thought the staff had some kind of integrity. Sure enough, my receipt read $80. I rushed back to the store where the cashier and manager were at the register. I asked then how much money I had given them. Again, they just kept parroting, “Check your receipt!” The manager interjected and claimed that she “saw me” only give the cashier four 20s. She was not up front at all when I gave the money. I told them I was calling the police and I did. The police went in and asked what was going on. They continued to lie to the police and tell them the receipt said $80 and that they knew me and “didn’t know what got into me that night”, as if I were lying!! I’m not sure what transpired but the police assured me the transaction was on video. An hour or so later, the officer came to my door with my $200 in an envelope. Apparently, the cashier was crying, claiming how “sorry” she was, the money must have “gotten lost”. I should have NEVER went back to that store but it was convenient to my house. A few weeks ago during the day, I went to load a card again. A cashier seemed totally flustered and claimed I gave her less than I knew I did. A manager named Terrell came over, visibly aggravated and put my stack of $260 slightly behind him parallel to his pocket and proceeded to try to distract me by telling me that I had to make a separate transaction for items I purchased. I knew this well. He made a big production out of counting the money…and claimed there was $20 less than I gave him. I had an important appointment in 15 minutes, there was a long line behind me, I had an Uber driver waiting and didn’t have time to argue about $20. I should have called the police once again. I chalked it up to a loss and am just NEVER going back. In summary- The cashiers steal and managers cover it up when loading prepaid cards. Do not do that at this store and I advise not paying in cash for anything. In fact, I advise going anywhere but here."

"Dropped off my prescription and was told that I had to come back in the afternoon. I go to 2 very busy pharmacies and have NEVER been told that when dropping off unless they didnt have it. Came to pick up my prescription and was told they had to mix it so please pull around so they could help the next person. Sat behind the person who came after me for 20 minutes but they did not ask that person to go.around to wait while I was behind them even though I was there at 9 when they opened."

"I would give a 0 star if possible. This pharmacy is the absolute worst I have experienced. I needed multiple scripts filled today. When I arrived they said the antibiotic I needed for my son was out of stock till Monday but that my other script would be ready by 2pm today. I was able to get the antibiotic filled at Strongsville Walgreens (I had to make the call and arrangements myself, Berea couldn’t even check another Walgreens for me to see if it was in stock). I return to Berea at 2 to pick up my other script and that is when they inform me that one is also out of stock till Monday. This is not the first time I have had this issue with the pharmacy but it certainly is the last. Their customer service is horrible."

"Was told to leave phone number while waiting on a prescription for my ankle sprain. Couple days went by and heard nothing from them, and now sprain has fully healed two weeks later and still haven’t heard from them. Never relying on this pharmacy again."

"I went there to take a passport photo and the guy used an old vlogging camera for $40 on Amazon. My skin tone has changed in the photo and the photo is blurry. If you're charging $18 for 2 passport photos, invest in a better camera! ! !"
