"Excellent service. No waiting was in a room within 10 minutes. The Doctor and Nurses were very attentive and explained everything very clearly. The only reason I am giving them 4 stars is that I was given a transfer to Miamisburg and told to drive there. They did not tell me that I could not drive home because of the anesthesia which delayed my procedure."
"I can’t remember her name, but the nurse that helped my family last night just touched my heart. She was so kind. She didn’t make me feel anything but at ease as I came in frantically with my sick 9 month old son, she showed sympathy to my family, and she was super sweet, very helpful and gentle with my little baby as he tested positive for Covid. She truly made our night so much more of a peaceful hospital visit. and I just wanted to come here to say that there are still good people that truly care and don’t have malice intentions along with judgment based off of your appearance."
"Visited this facility for the first time last week when I was sent to their ER by my doctor. I was very pleased with the professional and courteous encounters I experienced. Check-in was very easy, Dr. Lee and my nurse Christle were wonderful. They took great care of me and made sure that I was comfortable. I will make this my "go to" location."
"My first time visiting there, check-in was amazing. Young lady at the front desk was very nice. Got back to my room really quick got me all set up. The doctor came in and had me do a few test with my hand and then the lady with the x-rays came in both of those were very very compassionate and nice did my x-ray came in and told me great news it wasn’t broke then I got to come home. It was a very nice visit very pleasant very clean so I will use this facility from now on. Thank you."
