"The sweetest staff. I went a couple of months ago and I am just now asking for the records to keep in my records. It has been so easy and they respond so quickly. I am just amazed with the customer service in the office and over the phone and email!!"

"I have been going to Montgomery ENT for over 10 years. I just recently purchased my third set of hearing aids from them. I am very impressed with the technology of them as well as Dr Skinner expertise in explaining all their functions. She took the time to make sure I had the correct hearing aids for my hearing loss as well as all the settings to maximize their fullest potential. I am hearing better now than ever before. I am very well pleased with Montgomery ENT and have no plans of ever going anywhere else."

"My mother's voice was hoarse and he thought it was acid reflux. Completed some tests and the results revealed it wasn't acid reflux. In the meantime my mother started losing weight, her speech started to slur, she was walking slower and was fatigued. After being told the symptoms he suggested speech therapy. When he was told we needed to find the cause and not treat the symptoms he became angry and said "well what do you suggest? Are you the doctor?" I requested a MRI to determine if it was a stroke and he refused to order the test. Again saying she only needed speech therapy. I am not an aggressive person but I am an advocate for my mother. Nothing I said warranted the disrespectful and hostile treatment received from the doctor. Decided to take my mother to an ENT at OSU. The ENT immediately ordered the MRI without being asked to do so. After numerous tests and seeing a neurologist and neuromuscular specialist my mother was diagnosed with ALS. Dr Grosinger may be a good doctor for minor routine ENT problems but DO NOT go to this man for anything else. We wasted too much time with him and instead of listening to my mother and her concerns she was dismissed when she questioned his treatment options."
