"Visit was on 2/19/24. The nurse is very condescending. Honestly don’t know why people like her get into healthcare. She’s also zero help. You’re better off going anywhere else."

"worst experience I have ever had at a little clinic. The nurse practitioner was lovely so this review is not for her however the doctor that came in to see me was terrible spoke to me with a condescending attitude. she did not even look at me sat in her chair and wrote off my sinus infection as allergies even though I explained to her that I have lived in Cincinnati my entire life so I am use to these allergies and this was nothing like I have ever experienced before. Maybe if she took a minute to actually look in my ears or nose she would know this wasn't normal. However she clearly had better places to be and better things to do that didn't concern me. She wanted to get me out of there as fast as possible. She refused to suggest any antihistamines telling me that I needed to find the one that works best for me and that she doesn't like suggesting stuff because she doesn't know whats in someones pocket?. She made a huge scene in telling me that she always takes her antihistamines wherever she goes but when I asked her which one she uses she refused to tell me. I got Absolutely zero help from this woman. Caused me to have to leave school again the next day to get real help from my doctor at home because this girl was no help. I will never go here again I rather just go wait at UC health."

"I made a last minute COVID test appointment. The appointment was much more in detail as expected and reassuring. Everyone there was professional and friendly."

"I had a great experience with getting my physical and flu shot today. Don’t know about the other services but these were very fast. Quick timing getting me booked in and no wasted time just sitting more than a minute. Really appreciate the service today."

"Wasted my money without reason. Unless you need a provider's note for a negative COVID test, save your money and get an over the counter test to do yourself. I came in for a COVID test as I thought they would send it to a lab, but instead they used a rapid test which I could have purchased myself for $10-20 from a rack 10 feet away from The Little Clinic entrance. Even with insurance, I'm stuck with a $40 bill. Not trying to be that person, but I'm sure anyone would agree that's straight up ridiculous (not for the cost, but the fact it was unnecessary). Staff was nice, but I'd think they were nicer if they told me upfront they would only do an over the counter rapid test which anyone could do themselves."
