"No contact with the provider, test administered by nurse/medical assistant. The report on line gives no pertinent details. The test was for Urocuff but no one mentioned the add on needleless emg which medicare rejected to tune of $600. Needless to say, I mentioned to physician and office manager. Apparently it is some coding issue, I hope they resolve. We all should do better."
