"I have always used this location for my son's medical appointments and it always have been ok, but the past 2 appointments were kind of horrible, especially yesterday. Appointment wast at 7:45 pm, we arrived around 7:15 pm, enter the room at 7:40 pm, no big deal, we arrived earlier, but the Dr. never showed up to talk to us, we waited an hour, no one was around, not even the nurses. We left, it was getting late and had to work next day, also my son had school. The worse part, I received a message this morning from the Dr. saying it was a pleasure to see you please call if you have more questions, seriously? Maybe it was an automated message, maybe not but for real I felt they were making fun of me. I don't mind waiting a little bit, sometimes they're behind, I can understand but 1 hour? It was to much, never going back to this place."

"The Dr here made me feel like a horrible mother by the things she said to me. Her tone was rude and will no longer use children's as the place to bring my kids unless it's an emergency and going to the hospital. She shouldn't even be a Dr for children in my opinion. I voiced my concerns with my son refusing to eat food and how another Dr told me to not give him what he wanted and when I did he went on hunger strike. So of course I gave in and how I have been waiting 2yrs on a referral to a nutrition specialist. She more less called me a liar by saying central booking don't call anyone you call them and said that either me or his dad made this appointment and missed it. I told her I can't hold him down and she took it as I was saying force feed him and I told her no I can't hold him down when he tears my house up bc I won't give him the "junk food he wants. Considering my kids don't even go out and play alone bc I'm overprotective she surely made me feel like I was the worst mom ever. Good job at supporting a mom I'll pray for you Jennifer"

"We always have a good experience when coming in for an appointment both of my children go here. Their doctor is great always takes her time never rushes me and always answers all my questions. There sometime is a little bit of a wait but it is a doctor's office so that's to be expected I've never waited a crazy long time though."

"Except for the lady at the receptionist desk our visit was pleasant. He received his tb test for this upcoming school year so there's that plus side. All in all we love the staff and always are treated with respect and compassion from the staff at this location. Just disappointing since we've been bringing our 5 kids to this particular location for 5 years now."

"I don't understand why people are saying the nurses are rude, I've had nothing but good experiences. They care about my child like a person, she's not just another number. The doctor gives me a lot of information about what to feed her and what to expect from her. They're very nice & the waiting time is not long at all. Longest time I've waited to be seen was 15 minutes."
