Kevin and his team are really good at removing obstacles so that patients can focus on their recovery - they worked effectively and efficiently with my insurance so that I could be certain my therapy was covered; they took care of scheduling several appointments at a time, helping me stick with my recovery plan; adapted at-home routines based on the limited equipment I already own; listened attentively to my feedback, patiently answering my questions about treatment ("What does this exercise do? Where should I feel a stretch?") so that I could take ownership of my recovery; and encouraged me to "graduate" when it was time, assuring me that I would be able to come back if my pain returned."
