"I wish I could leave zero star. This was the first time meeting DR Surdululescu. I tried to share what I was there for as my previous sleep doctor was also in her office. She badgered, interrupted, called my clear memories and how I felt about previous encounters and testing as spinning fantasies, so therefore what happens wasn’t true according to her. She asked me what she could do for me and then threw a paper at me saying unless I chose to wake up every morning y 6 am she couldn’t help me. She had doctor Noel’s note (dr Noel is a college of hers AT the sleep center. I hadn’t see dr Noel since 2917 because her help, was helping me, until some circumstances changed recently and I’m back to needing a better plan to deal with stress/anxiety, and ptsd when I slip. She threw up her hands and said maybe she can get through to me like I hadn’t been listening when it was she who was not hearing what I said and worked with me on what I was doing and my physical pain and psychological trauma ptsd. So I told him maybe I would just get an appointment with DR Noel again and left to check out to the front desk. And there in front of the whole office and any possible waiting room guest tried to force ably bully me into getting a cpap study feigning how I was in control and I needed to make a decision which I already had and was NO. She started talking again and I was visibly upset and shaking on the verge of tears. When I told her please stop she was triggering my ptsd and I didn’t know what to do. She said , “ how am I triggering you, I haven’t touched you, I’ve never touched you!” Any doctor who knows ptsd understands it’s an underlaying trauma brought back be circumstances that feel similar… so I quietly said please stop, so she turned on her heel and said she was done with me. And to the receptionist said do whatever she wants or doesn’t want I won’t see her again. I quietly told the receptionist that I had never been so poorly treated and bullied by a doctor in my life and that I would not see her ever again. I’m currently traumatized by her still in my mind trying to make daily decisions about just trying to sleep and struggling with the fat shaming she did on if I should even eat… she doesn’t know all I e been through because she dividing read my whole recoded (her words) because it was all too much. Well excuse my body for failing me and my finding help to try to fix it. I will never e a cpap machine and not listen to my suggestions or circumstance be bullied, ridiculed, belittled, badgered or intimidate by this woman ever again! He office staff and check out staff are my witnesses as to what gapped out of the room but from the moment she slapped my large file down all she wanted to do was sell me a cpap machine whether it would truly work out not. In my records she says I need a cpap because I have obstructive sleep apnea, but has NO records anywhere proving I do. There are records that it was thought I had narcolepsy, but the was done a study on and disproved as well. She said that I didn’t wake up every day at the same time without an alarm clock… also not true, she said I feel sluggish and fatigued all day. Not try. That I didn’t feel refreshed from naps (that I don’t take) not ture at all. The rare occasion I take naps I feel very refresh. But after all these lies in my record she had the gall to write I was “argumentative. I think another line of work would suite her better… perhaps handing out clothing in a women’s Preston, not a compassionate position for patients to go try them"

"She is a wonderful Sleep Dr. In my opinion. She helped me on my job and did her “at most” to help me whenever I ran into trouble with anything concerning my sleep disorder. Unfortunately, I have Indiana insurance now and they would not cover me going to Ohio. I would recommend her to anyone."

"I ordinarily have had a good relationship with this doctor. It so happened that I needed to reorder C-pap supplies. The company I order my supplies from had to tell me she was no longer working in my area. Heartbroken and in disbelief that a medical professional would leave her patients in the lurch like that and move to another region of the state. And too far for me to drive with an entirely new hospital group than the one that referred me to her. I am still trying to wrap my head around why someone would do this to people who she once cared for? In all my years of requiring care from anyone l, this has never happened."

"Terrible doctor. She packed up and moved her office from West Chester to Middletown without telling her patients. Stay away from this woman. She is always late for appointments and clearly has no respect for her patients."
