Been told someone would be in the room a min 3 times in the last 20min . Literally maybe 3 patients here, but apparently there is plenty of time for shenanigans"

"I had a bad experience here. Took about 5 minutes of standing at the receptionist window before I was even acknowledged despite the receptionist sitting there the entire time. Would've been nice to get a "I'll be with you in a minute", but that's ok, honestly that part was not a huge deal. Next, however, she was speaking about my medical condition loud enough it was easily heard by everyone in line behind me and probably the whole waiting room. I finally get into the room and get blatantly wrong medical information from the PA. Thankfully, I have a medical background and was able to tell her it's wrong. She argued with me, I calmly explained that she was incorrect. Finally, she walked out of the room, came back in and said that she "wants to be respectful of {my} time" but that she had a meeting with her medical director she needed to attend. It took an entire 45 minutes of just waiting in the patient room before she returned. The silver lining of interrupting the middle of a patient visit was that she could ask the medical director about my case. She then tells me what I knew was the correct information finally but with no apology or admitting that she had been wrong. Then I was given paperwork to fill out and I waited in the room for 20 minutes after filling it out. I don't know if they forgot about me but I eventually walk out into the hall and hand it to the medical assistant. I had to go there for worker's compensation but would never choose to go there."
