"I’ve come twice to this clinic for hair loss. Unfortunately, I’ve found Bryan Dooley and his asst. to be unhelpful and lacking direction. They don’t hear your concerns with any validity, they are cold and unreceptive. Hair loss is a very personal issue closely related to one’s identity and to be shoved off when addressing it, on two occasions is terribly unacceptable from a physician. Medication side effects were not addressed and a scalp biopsy was offered without any real explanation of what it entailed until I expressed my unhappiness with the lack of information. I was made to feel like such an imposition, I left the office in tears today."

"I don’t know what all these one star reviews are talking about. Dr. Travers and his team are the absolute best! I’m 37 and have had a skin condition since middle school. They have kept it at bay and I have absolutely no issues now!! Dr. Travers personality is alone a reason to go here. His staff is just as great. They’re all great and knowledgeable. He has students he teaches because he’s that great! I love my appointments! He is the only, in my opinion, dermatologist to see."

"I just had the best visit with Dr. Rohan. First, when my son and I arrived, we were greeted by the receptionist with a smile. The medical assistant that brought us back into the room was very friendly and took her time checking my son and going over all of his health history. Dr. Rohan was very professional, and talked to my son went over his diagnosis with both of us and the treatment. This is one of the best experiences I have had at a doctors office. Great job Everyone!!!!"
