"I had 2 appointments with Chad Kennedy at their Beavercreek practice. The first appointment he casually strolled in 15 minutes late. It wasn't like he had another patient to see prior, he was walking in with his coat on and briefcase in hand, so he was just late for the day. I was supposed to have a 2nd appointment with him today but 10 mins prior to my appointment I was told he was going to be at least an hour late. It's very apparent he does not care about his patient's time. I'm giving them 1 more chance to provide me with the care I have requested but I will never waste another minute of my time dealing with Chad."

"The person I see is very helpful and very nice. So this isn't a reflection on her personally. But the organization as a whole has absolutely horrible customer service. I called because I couldn't make an appointment and I needed to reschedule I called twice and nobody ever called me back or answered the phone. Nobody has bothered to contact me either."

"I'll start by saying that the provider I see at Woodstream is wonderful. That being said, everything else at the practice seems to be run incredibly inefficiently. The patient portal they require you to use does not work, everytime I attempt to log in, I'm told the password is incorrect, which it's not. The 'forgot password' link does not work and you must call to have someone in their office send the link, and that's only when there is anyone available to answer the phone. I've been trying to contact someone in their billing department to resolve a bill for over a month with no call back. Documents that need to be completed by my provider that were requested a month ago have not yet been relayed to my provider, one deadline has already been missed and another is approaching. I've tried to contact that department several times with no answer or call back. Furthermore, I've been turned away from appointments on three occasions when I was told I was too late to check in after I had been waiting in line for 5-10 minutes because there was only one person running the front desk checking clients in and taking payments. On one occasion, a second employee emerged from the bathroom after at least 5 minutes while her coworker checked in and dealt with billing for the three people ahead of me, and informend me that even though I had been in line, it was now too late for me to be seen. On another occasion, we began check in and waited and waited until our provier came out to tell the front desk person that we were a no show because we had not actually been checked in. The front desk person was waiting for the office manager to give the ok to check us in because we had a previous balance from a bill that they should have forwarded to the secondary insurance months ago."
