"Horrible experience. If i could give 0 stars i would. I was scheduled for surgery and less then 12 hours before they called me after closing hours to cancel the surgery. Staff was unprofessional and Dr. Rosalind refused to talk to me after hours even tho they called me to cancel the surgery AFTER HOURS. The whole time i was there the staff wouldnt follow up with me or help find places to do my procedures that take my insurance. I would ask for help and they literally told me I DONT KNOW as if they arent the medical proffesionals. Never comimg back. Dont waste ur time or money here like i did."

"After getting blood work results from my primary care I could not get a phone or portal response to my questions about the results. Mentioned I was confused by these results to Dr. Jackson and she took the time to go over the results and explain them to me. She truly listened to me, took time out from her busy schedule, and advised me. Very grateful."

"First appointment I had was with Carrie (the nurse practitioner) who was amazing. She listened to me, my symptoms, and told me that a plan and treatment would be made for me at my next visit and acknowledged that I have PCOS. My next visit Dr. Jackson walked into the room, she did not have my chart and said "what is your name?" "why are you even here". She had no idea who I was, didn't know why I was there, didn't read or have my chart, didn't come up with a plan or treatment, and didn't let me speak . I have had irregular periods my entire life, I have an embarrassing amount of facial hair, I am gaining weight although I eat plant based/perfectly healthy no processed foods, I workout daily, and my last period was 6 months ago. All she said was she would do is give me a ONE TIME pill and if my period didn't start then there is most likely something urgently wrong and could be a problem with a gland in my brain. I left the office confused and upset because I thought she was going to help me with a long term plan, not just a one time thing. I still have not even received that pill because she forgot to put it through the system. I have called 5 days straight, 3 times a day, and everyone who answers just says "oh...okay I'll get someone to look into that" and they never call me back and I still don't have the medication. Please do NOT go here and waste your money."

As a healthcare provider myself, it was refreshing to be attended to by someone who embodies the quality of holistic care I expect from a provider where I hve been disappointed in the past by others lack of care for the "whole" person. She welcomed questions, was honest, educated my husband and I fully on all treatment options, and performed all the services as expected. Her staff were professional, the environment was clean, and the time to wait was minimal. I recommended her to all of my family and friends."

So thankful after watching Channel 2, I made an appointment to see Dr Jackson & her professional staff got me into the office asap. THE STAFF & Dr Delivered 1st CLASS SERVICE.Beautiful Experience and I loved the fact Dr. Jackson provided me quality education & options. Truly worth my 35 minute driving trip, but so well worth the service extended. My surgery done & ALL MY DISCOMFORT GONE. I personally recommend Dr. Jackson to every woman.
