"Doctor Hacker was very rude to me after my condition failed to improve and kept asking me "What do YOU think I should do? What tests do YOU think I should order?" in a very sarcastic way intended to me me feel like an a-hole, which I did."

"Dr consultation to set up colonoscopy. Had to wait a bit in line because they were having problems with getting their equipment to work right. Once in everything proceeded nicely. Friendly staff, explained things clearly."

"Two stars because the doctor was very kind. However, The office staff other than the lady who got us set up for an endoscopy are very rude and have a terrible tone. The doctors nurse is no different in attitude and demeanor. The doctor himself seemed very nice but we had very little time with him. We are still having issues, was told results of biopsy’s would be in by Friday, since we’re still having serious issues, I called today. Was told now it would be two weeks? Seriously?? I’m beyond upset. Sent an urgent message on Tuesday that has yet to be returned or followed up on. Unfortunately for us it will take the same amount of time to find a new doc and we don’t want to start the process over. At minimum it’s Christmas, you have a young otherwise healthy female who has been suffering for over a month, unable to eat- lost 40 lbs, severe nausea, heartburn and lower abdominal pain, have a freaking heart. COMMUNICATE! Imagine if it were your family."

"I came in for a consultation with Dr. Hacker and he was condescending the entire time and after barely examining me he insisted that I did not need a colonoscopy. After I left what was basically a pointless visit, he told the receptionist to refund my $100 that I paid for the consultation. I wasn’t given a reason why my money was refunded but I obviously wasn’t going to argue. They ended up sending me a bill for $120 in the mail. What is the point of refunding my money when I was standing there willing to pay it just to charge me with interest later? So I just called and talked to a receptionist with a huge attitude and after being on hold forever she comes back and tells me they’ll adjust it, which wasn’t a clear way of saying what she meant, so when I asked for clarification that I wouldn’t be charged her attitude became even worse and her tone completely changed to a borderline mocking one. Rude doctor, rude staff. I will never go here again and I’d advise anyone else with these needs to look elsewhere too."
