"2 stars just because the doctor was extremely nice, however I had issues from the beginning. My biggest issue is they told me they were in my network when scheduling appointment, they had me fill out paperwork before appointment with my insurance, on ray of appointment they ONLY charged me my $90 copay with no mention of remaining balance. Randomly two weeks later they withdraw $202 from my checking account saying I owe full price because they are out of network and it’s my responsibility to know. Which I understand this, however when someone at the office the office that’s been around and well known for years tells you it’s covered I believed her. I work full time take care of my gma full time I’m busy I didn’t think I needed to cross check. But then only charging my copay at time of visit for in network then hitting my bank account for hundreds later leads me to believe they knew what they were doing. I would have saw someone in network never would have paid $400 for someone to tell me I have dandruff. I had to call back several times because my prescription never got called in & I could tell they were aggravated with me but they literally sent it to a pharmacy I don’t use and my insurance does not accept that I NEVER told them to send it to. I put on my paperwork the correct pharmacy & also told them everytime I called so I don’t know how that happened but luckily I was able to track it down. All this to say I will not be back. & I would NOT put a card on file, even though they promised me they would NEVER take money from my account without my authorization, they lied."
