"I have been bringing my sister here for a couple of years and she has multiple health issues. For the last year she has been seeing Dr. Leonhardt, and I highly recommend Dr. Leonhardt and the entire medical office. I have seen a few of the doctors over the past few years and I have always been very pleased with my care. With my sister and her many issues, he is very caring and comprehensive, and has ordered testing and visits with specialists because many of her issues affect all different parts of the body. He spends a lot of time with us and explains everything thoroughly. Her last doctor (at a different office) just stood in the doorway with a clipboard and asked her questions for five minutes and that was it."

"Updated to add I scheduled an appointment for ASAP still had to wait 2 weeks for that only to recieve a message canceling it and asking me to reschedule. Highly upsetting as I have pressing medical issues that need attention but beyond that I literally can not get anyone to answer the phone to even try to reschedule. I've been calling for 2 hours starting at 1:30PM on a Friday. The hours posted state they're open until 5PM. Wait times are awful even for scheduled appointments. You will sometimes end up waiting up to an hour once seated in your room. I've had to argue and beg for certain testing and even then it's often denied or dismissed and my symptoms ignored. They've started some weird thing where they make you set goals? This practice should be something you opt into, I'm sorry I'm here for labs. My goals are for you to answer the phone to schedule an appointment and to write up the labs I need. Very annoying."

"I was referred to Sycamore Primary Care after a sudden and unexpected stroke at 31 years old to assist in medication monitoring, adjustment, and ongoing care. I've seen half a dozen of the resident doctors and each and every one has shown themselves to be caring, empathetic, attentive, and knowledgeable during each visit. The nursing staff is equally kind, efficient, and caring. I have never had a visit where I left unsure of the next steps in my health plan and greatly appreciate the staff for encouraging my complete recovery. I now only see them 2-3 times annually but know they are there for me for any reason."

"The doctors take extra care to read up and be knowledgeable on your circumstances before even entering the room so as not to waste your time with questions already asked, the nurses take extra special care to your comfort and accuracy of medications being taken, and needs for refills. I've been impressed over and over again about not feeling like I have to do the documenting for the staff, they keep track and they keep it right!"
