"Dr. Albright, Dr. Davis and all of the staff at Premier Orthopedics are wonderful! My mom had 2 knee replacement surgeries and I recently went there for a torn meniscus. The doctors took the time to listen to my concerns and put together the least invasive treatment plan. It is also extremely convenient to have the XRay and MRI facilities at the same location. I highly recommend Premier Orthopedics."
"I saw Dr. Albright. Despite the fact that I liked him I would not recommend this practice. All in all the information I got was not very thorough. When I asked for the record of my MRI I had to pay for it. I have never had to do this anywhere else. I complained to the front office staff who could not have cared less. I have recommended them to people before but after this experience I will not and I won’t go back."
"I really liked the doctor that I saw at this doctor's office. Unfortunately, the downfall of a doctor's office is normally the staff. I have been waiting for an MRI order to be sent to the hospital for 1 month now. First, they forgot to send it, then they sent over just my summary from the visit, and then they forgot to write their tax id number on the order. I am fed up. I cannot say how many times I have called this doctor's office to try to get this sorted out. I also called to see if I could just get an appointment with them, since they have the ability to do MRIs there and no one called me back. Like I said, the doctor was great, but waiting 1 month for an MRI order? update: I finally got the MRI done. I spoke with the doctor and explained that I was disappointed that it took 1 month to get the MRI ordered. He completely blew me off and made up excuses that made no sense. He was rude and had no interest in what I was saying. I don't care how much pain I am in, I will not be going back."
