"I’ve been to CareFirst Urgent Care numerous amount of times. Our son needed a physical for 7th grade basketball. We got inside, instant smiles from the staff, it was super clean and smelled sooooooooo good! We got in and out within 20-30 minutes TOP. I believe the longest part was me filling out the physical paperwork that we brought with us (I should’ve done it at home but I assumed the practitioner was responsible for the entire packet, so that was my mistake). Our entire visit was smooth sailing. Our 13 year old is typically a bit nervous whenever he’s in a medical facility. Shockingly, after coming in to contact with the ladies upfront, and then the practitioner who performed the physical, he was very calm/relaxed. Special thanks to all 3 of those ladies working 11/25/2023! They make a great team."
