"The receptionist was very nice I booked an appointment for my cat"
"I took my puppy in for her 2nd full haircut. After the 1st time I was not pleased with how they did her grooming. I decided to give it a second change but also give them a better understanding of what I wanted. They felt her with a hands on check and said she didn't seem too matted and wouldn't have to take off too much fur. So I left her and when I came back she looked completely different. They basically shaved her. You can see in the before and after how much fur they took off. Then when calling they claimed she was more matted than initially planned for. So why did they not call to inform me how much they needed to take off? Why would they just go ahead and basically shave my dog? I am extremely dissatisfied and will not be returning. They completely disregarded what I wanted for my dog as an owner."

Is one of the best groomers that you have on staff both of my fur babies (Grace and Hope) love him they hated going to the groomers until they met A-ron now the minute they see him they calm right down and he does a wonderful job with them I will never let anyone else take care of their grooming again he is a fantastic person with the best personality please keep him with you he is a asset to your company"
