"I truly wish I could give 0 stars! Are not willing to help a 75 y.o. lady with a discount card from the manufacturer. I was trying to obtain information and and figure out a solution for my mother's prescription and I was told by a tech, "sweetheart" we don't have time for that. Trying to belittle me as if I were a child. EXTREMELY AGRESSIVE, RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL!"

"I wanted to switch from my regular small pharmacy since their customer service is lacking. I called this Mt Lookout CVS and ended up talking to this fabulous woman named Cat who, even though it was 5pm and I knew she had customers, was extremely gracious and nice and explained how to get there and park and all about Carepass and was just extremely warm and genuine. I have about six regular prescriptions, I live down by the river and I wanted a small town-feel pharmacy that would make me happy, be easy to reach and who would have everything I need. I can't wait to meet Cat! They should give her a raise for the warm welcome you never expect from a chain store, when you just cold call them late on a Friday afternoon. She changed my whole outlook. Stay the same forever, Cat! You help more people than you know..."

"The human beings who work there are fine people; but try calling the place and you'll have to talk with a CVS programmed robot that won't understand what you want and won't transfer your call to a real person. The only way I got through after three tries was to lie to the robot; it thought I was calling from a doctor's office. Anyone remember the neighborhood "corner drugstore" where humans answered the phone, not robots?"

"By far one of the best pharmacies I have ever dealt with. I called as I needed a prescription transferred from my home pharmacy in Florida and it hadn't been called in yet. I let the very helpful young lady I was talking to know I would call back in a couple hours. Not only did I not have to call back I received a voicemail letting me know she had followed up, gotten it transferred and that it was ready to pick up. WOW! With all the service issues going on today this store went above and beyond in my opinion. Thanks Valerie!"
