"It would be nice to know you guys are closed when we Google you... Since it takes 10 to 15 minutes for anyone to answer the phone we all have to use Google and when we drive out of the way to go to that location and your clothes with a piece of paper in your window instead of a time change on Google it's pretty damn irritating so which one of you guys are giving us gas money no one I didn't think so.. If you run a business or own a business be a professional.. be lucky if anybody wants to come to that place anymore"

"This pharmacy treats the customer contemptuously, they are racist, after you turn your back they mock and laugh at you when you cannot find the correct medicine in the pharmacy. It really shouldn't have even one star."

"If i could leave 0 stars i would. The pharmacy there is the biggest joke. The workers are the rudest people i have ever encountered. They never pay attention to orders. We’ve waited hours and they pretend they just got the order when i have confirmation from the app they did before. They’re such a joke. I’ve tried to switch my dr sending prescriptions there 3 times and this next time i won’t be so nice about it. Id rather go without than EVER deal with this location for our family. Idk how this location is open it’s so nasty and awful. The store is always a nasty mess and everything is dirty. This place is gross and awful. I cannot emphasize that enough"

"Product was put in wrong place and when they did investigate that on the shelf they did not want to honor that price. My wife stated politely that is wasn't our fault and the manager interrupted her and said if you'd let me finish. Mind you he was not speaking to her at the time so he was not finishing anything. If I had not needed medicine I would have just left. Not impressed with his lack of communication or his lack of manners. He did not have a name tag on so can't give name. Will not come back unless I have to."

"Re: Pharmacy They exemplify why we should all look forward to the day they are replaced by robots. First this is the only 24 hour location nearby. However for the past few years on numerous occasions the pharmacy has been closed at night. I don’t mean the middle of the night. Anywhere between 7-9pm until the next morning. They may try to indicate staffing issues but I find that hard to believe. If it is indeed lack of staff than Walgreens should be evaluating why they cannot get more qualified applicants at this location. Furthermore, they are on par with Kroger for being the absolute slowest pharmacy for prepared RX prescriptions. There is never any urgency displayed. Everything is fetched at their own relaxed pace. Lately, the window microphone has not been working well. There is a hand-written sign indicating the customer needs to speak LOUDLY and in the direction of the window. I’m sure that’s what someone with a private medical matter wants to do - shout that they need their hemorrhoid medication. How about just getting that fixed? On my most recent visit, while I waited to pick up some prescriptions, I noticed one technician, pointing to the label of a medicine, laughing, showing another technician, as she said, “look at that ha ha “to which the other technician responded, “That’s funny.” I’m so glad is that our medical needs entertain them. I’m pretty much done with them. I plan on moving all of our medicines to mail order."
