"The pharmacy is pretty good for the most part but the experience inside of the store just sucks. The employees aren’t very helpful and from my experience are all pretty rude. Every isle you go into sets off an alarm so you can’t really focus on looking for anything because you’re only focusing on where to stand to make that noise stop!!! I think I know the employee that was mentioned in the other review, because I’ve had similar experiences with and without my family, odd!"

"This CVS gets 3 stars bc I am completely satisfied with the pharmacy aspect of it all! They are always polite and professional- they get the line moving quickly weather I’m inside the store or in the drive thru… and the pharmacist and technicians are always very friendly and informative… HOWEVER, they won’t be getting the 5 stars they deserve and that’s sad bc of what goes on in the drugstore! Ugh! Where do they find these employees?! They are so rude! I can’t stand the lady that was there tonight, I’m so sick of how she treats myself and the other patrons in the store… I really think something is wrong with her- she thinks everyone is “stealing” and she doesn’t hide it! She says it out loud, all the time! She follows people- she gets on that damn intercom and says “security, walk the isles! Every isle!” And she sets off the buzzers in the isles, so much so as to where I can’t even focus on my shopping! It’s so loud and annoying I forget what I’m looking for! She will stop dead in the isle and just stare! Not even pretending to work or put things away like most normal people would! And she seems to always be there when I go! It’s so annoying - if the pharmacy weren’t so pleasant to deal with I’d be giving this cvs 1 star… there is a gentleman there that is very friendly but I don’t see him much anymore… and the other employees are not that friendly either! This cvs need to vet their employees better! Customer service is a dying art but it’s something that is important to me! The store is neat and clean and has a nice selection of products… but this ruins the experience!"

"Terrible pharmacy. These people are useless. Can't seem to get my prescription filled. I have a problem every time when I refill it. Also good luck trying to get someone on the phone. Workers just going through the motion and could care less if they get it right or not. By the way, I've now been on hold for 22 min."

"I get that the pharmacy is closed from 1:30-2:30, but there was a line of cars in the pharmacy pickup because there’s no sign on the drive through window. Inside, the sign isn’t in the pharmacy but on a shelf away from the pharmacy. And we’ve been there at random times (5, 11:30, 6) and the pharmacy is still never open. I waited 5 days for my prescription and it’s in danger of being sent back because the pharmacy is never open when I try to pick it up. Ridiculous."

"I recently got moved over to this location due to the one I used closing. The service here is STELLAR compare to the old Hamilton Ave one. The staff here get scripts done extra fast when waiting and are kind and attentive in person w/customers. So happy I was forced to make this change!"
