"Pet owner beware.. My cat almost died because they refused to treat him for "over inflammation" when they didn't even treat that symptom Day 1 when we walked in. Thankfully my cat is sitting at a hospital with the ability to do the task required (as I type this in his 48 hour window) but don't call yourself a hospital when you can't perform the jobs required. Especially when you charged me close to $500 at the end of it all.. but you gave us "such a great deal" right? You boasted about that ability I'm pretty sure. I'm so happy my cat is okay but unfortunately I can't thank anyone here for that."

"Our dog Finn had an amazing experience here at the Hyde park location! He had an ear infection and they were able to get us in right away! When we got there we were greeted right away and taken into the cutest room with a couch, toys, calming music, a tv with calming video on it, and they even wrote Finn's name on the door. We also received a goodie bag with treats and toys. They were so sweet gave Finn a pup cup right away and tried to make him as comfortable as possible since he is so afraid of the vet. The veterinarian, Dr. Kluger was amazing with our baby and was very knowledgeable and kind. Vet tech Danielle is the toe nail wizard and drilled all of his toe nails in a timely manner as well! Finn loved the other tech Lexi who fed him more pup cups and peanut butter and gave him lots of pets. I have never seen my dog so excited and happy at the vet before. Payment was extremely easy as well with payment via text. You can also text them after hours with any issues or questions you might have. You are also able to send in photos of any symptoms which I thought was super cool! They also gave us a certificate of bravery for Finn, which is now hung up on your fridge! Love how personable this vet is! I was so impressed and Finn left with his tail wagging and his muzzle off! Thank you and we will for sure be back! -Zoe, Carson & Finn"

"I wish I could give more than 5 stars! During our drive from Dallas to Cincinnati to visit family for Thanksgiving, my dog Steve developed swollen eyes. The staff at PetVet365 were so helpful in accommodating us and were able to schedule a last-minute appointment for him. Steve had a wonderful experience meeting everyone during his exam, diagnosis and receiving treatment. He was very comfortable during the whole process. "I brought my 11 week old Golden Doodle to this location for her first vet appointment and I highly recommend! The staff was super sweet, listened to all my concerns and questions and were very knowledgeable. They made me and my puppy feel very welcomed!! It was a very “fear free” experience, she got all the yummy treats, toys and was worn out by the end of it. We started the puppy plan and are looking forward to our next appointment!"
