"The staff and Dr. Lambert were amazing with our new puppy, Lady. I didn’t feel rushed at all and the doctor was thorough and spent a lot of time with us answering questions. Both Anderson and Hyde Park locations are amazing, clean and I so highly recommend them. They are open 7 days too which is unheard of! Our pets have been spoiled with treats and pb pup cups. "Dr. Lambert and her staff are phenomenal. We came in as a new patient on a Sunday with an evolving crisis. The environment was very natural and calming for us and our dog. Dr. Lambert and her staff evaluated the situation, and walked us through every step. They kept a running estimate with each new set of suggested tests so we understood where we were financially the entire time. Most significantly, Dr. Lambert heard us, provided facts and options, respected our decision making, and made every effort to support us, and what we thought was best for us and our dog. Our pup is currently healing at home, and hopefully continues to improve. I cannot thank Dr. Lambert enough. I wholeheartedly give her and her team a 5 star review and would encourage anyone to use them in an emergency, or for regular vet care."

"I had been at the same vet for over 21 years (because Todd Phillips was literally the best) and when he retired I was extremely worried I wouldn’t find a place that made me feel the same. Then I met the ladies at PetVet 365 Anderson. You seek a place where you feel confident in the expertise, and where responsiveness to your pet is top priority. But you hit the jackpot when these are just a given, and you find a practice where the love and care for your pet is so authentic and genuine. Since the beginning they have gone out of their way to welcome my fur-kid “Charlie” as if he was one of their own. And they have gone out of their way to make sure I feel heard and supported throughout any treatment. Everyone on staff is special. I always feel like he is in great hands!!!"
