"As much as I would love to give this place a five-star review, I think it is unfortunate that the lady who works the front desk with short hair and answers the phone is so very rude to customers. I understand that this is a non-profit, but we are still paying for services and sometimes have very sick pets. She rolls her eyes and acts aggravated to have to be there doing her job. This is not been a one-time thing. She has been rude to me and I've witnessed her being rude to other patients on multiple occasions. Her attitude is extremely unnecessary"
