"Do not bring your pet to this vet! We brought our beloved Snuggles to have him neutered. They quoted us an amount when we made the appointment. When we went in they raised the price by $100 and would not back off. Now I am reading other reviews by people who had the same problem. We did not let our pet go to them because they’re unscrupulous. So now we have to go through the whole rigmarole of no food and finding another vet. Avoid these people like the plague!"

"Will never return to this center again. I used to take my dogs to get updated shots here all the time. And after adding a new fur baby to the family i decided to reach out and inquire about a dog spaying surgery. The woman on the phone told me my dog’s spaying surgery would be $125 plus $30 for microchipping. All together resulting in $155 I was beyond impressed and proceeded to schedule. Once i actually got there i was then told the total would be $534?!?! I was very confused by the additional $400. In which the lady at the front desk said that was the price for a dog spaying and that 125 was the price for a cat spaying. Why is a dog and cats surgery so different in prices? No clue. I was so irritated and annoyed that i ended up canceling my appointment. Not sure who was on the phone and gave me a very wrong price but that should be considered a part of training. There’s no reason why someone is giving inaccurate prices to customers especially when it comes to their animals. I thought the staff was very nonchalant in handling this. Nobody said they apologized for the confusion and in my opinion was just waiting for me to pay. Being told I’d pay $155 vs $534 is a big difference that they didn’t seem to care much for. Because of this incident i no longer trust this center and will no longer bring my pets here."

"What a wonderful vet! My poor kitty hadn’t been eating so they kept him a few days to give him fluids and try to figure out what was going on. The care and compassion they showed me and my cat was incredible. You can tell that they truly care. This place will be my vet for life!"

"These amazing people saved my baby. My puppy was extremely sick and needed all the help she could get and the vets and their help saved her. I got calls every single day with how she was doing. I was able to call anytime during the day for updates. They saved my puppy with out a doubt. I highly recommend this place to anyone I talk to about it. Amazing vets. Amazing treatments and Amazing service. So so thankful."
