"This location seems to be in ideal commercial location, although doesn't ever seem to be enough help there. It has been difficult on numerous occassyfor me to get a store employee to help me locate or answer questions I have had. When arriving in the parking lot aside from being very unkept, alot of debris and glass we noticed a gentleman in the parking spot next to us with his door ajar. He seemed to be very intoxicated, I ask him if he was okay he answered fine. On our way out of the store, store management was walking out and approaching the gentleman because he was still loitering in the lot. So I would have to saaynot the safest location."

"The CVS located at William Howard Taft by the University of Cincinnati has significantly deteriorated in the customer experience over the past 10-years. The employees are disengaged and when you are prompted to pick up your prescription, it is rarely ready."

"I've gotten my prescriptions filled here for at least 10 years, and what started as a slow decline has dropped off a lot lately. Prescriptions are never ready when they say they will be, if they run out of your prescribed meds your basically on your own to get it filled somewhere else, and there is ALWAYS a line and it's ALWAYS slow."

"Never answer their phone. Pharmacy is exceedingly slow. Estimated times for prescriptions being ready is just a lie. Half an hour turned into an hour which turned into 1.5 hours. For pills that are already there. Parking lot is dangerous to exit/enter. Avoid if you can help it."

"Much of the time it is virtually impossible to get ahold of anyone on the phone here. We have been on hold for over 90 minutes before ever speaking to a person, and some of our prescriptions REQUIRE us to CALL the pharmacy to fill, so we are stuck. On multiple occasions, when we have finally reached an actual person, they have promised to fill the prescription that day, but by the following day, we find out that they have not even begun to fill the prescription. So the whole process of calling multiple times, being on hold forever, and trying to get the prescription filled begins again. Staff is kind, but there are obviously not enough workers."
