"This is the best vets office ever. Dr Rich is the nicest person you could have your pets see. I live in Tipp city and we still drive almost an hour to take our furry family members there. All the vet techs and everyone else are always so nice and welcoming."

"After being a loyal customer for four years, I'm disappointed to say that my recent experiences at Four Paws have been declining. My initial appointments were thorough and detailed, but lately, they've felt rushed and more focused on pushing products than addressing my dog's needs. I've consistently chosen Frontline for flea prevention based on my dog's past reactions to alternative medications. However, at each visit, I'm pressured to switch to a more expensive option, even though it causes my dog a week of side effects (vomiting, diarrhea, etc.). Despite expressing my concerns, it feels like my preferences are ignored. The recent policy requiring prepayment for all appointments, after missing just two in four years, feels particularly harsh and lacks transparency. Without a clear breakdown of potential fees, this policy adds to the sense of distrust. While I understand the need for a business to be profitable, I can't shake the feeling that my dog's well-being is no longer the top priority. I hope Four Paws can reconsider its approach and return to the client-centered care that initially attracted me. Until then, I will be taking my dog elsewhere."

"Four Paws is a good traditional veterinarian. They will provide all the services your pet needs in a professional and friendly environment. Surgeries are done well. My dog just went through a spay surgery, and she recovered well. If you are up on the potential problems with vaccines, early spay and neutering, and the benefits of a healthy diet, they are not going to necessarily lead you down the right path. Do your homework and know what you want for your dog before an appointment. They do an excellent job with the services they provide but encourage every vaccination possible."

"The staff were all so nice and accommodating. This is a great place for anxious animals who need fear free care. Dr. Rich is incredible and knows his stuff! His tips to go outside and walk around, medication adjustments, and overall patience and care for Trunks made a world of a difference. The assistants, technicians, and receptionists were all incredibly patient and helped us get into the room smoothly. The pricing is unbeatable without compromising quality and care. Highly recommend!"
