"Just about every single one of the newer crew is so incredibly rude every time I call with an inquiry, which isn’t very often because I know how the people here typically act. I’ll have a simple question about pricing, and it’s like the tech on the phone will short circuit and get an attitude for no reason. Not to mention, they’re giving this attitude with people who are actively ill and trying to get better. I will continue to go to the west chester Walmart pharmacy in the future instead, simply because their customer service is outstanding and they don’t take someone asking a simple question as a personal attack."

"5 days to fill a routine prescription is too long. This pharmacy regularly performs below the bar. Guess I need to go elsewhere."

"Service could be better. Seems they like to pick and choose what, how and when they are going to do their job. For instance they will withhold a medication from you because insurance says it is too early to fill. While this is a valid reason to call the insurance to get authorization for a refill. If a person has insurance that covers medication there should be no reason that a customer has to pay out of pocket. The technician should get on the phone and call the insurance provider and get authorization The law and every insurance company has provisions for early refills. Did you know if you lost your prescription or you're leaving town early refills can be authorized.? My suggestion..stop engaging in drama and do your jobs. They are not your pills. Withholding medication could kill someone. Thanks for taking my suggestion into consideration. Update 08/19/2023. Once again these crack heads have not delivered my medication. I paid for the delivery service yesterday and again no delivery. These jokers are going to kill someone someday. IF YOU CAN'T FULFILL A SERVICE AS CRITICAL AS MEDICATION DELIVERY...DON'T OFFER THE SERVICE."

"This pharmacy is great! They always communicate clearly if there are delays and many times have been able to refill a script same day with short notice. They almost always have the lower price vs. Kroger on Good Rx. I have also never had an issue at this pharmacy like the aforementioned grocery pharmacy down the road where there always seems to be some problem. Thank you very much Walmart pharmacy staff for the terrific customer service!!"

"The Pharmacists are always very knowledgeable and helpful which sometimes makes up for the techs who regardless of the time of day always tell you that it'll be about 30 mins even if they are over an hour behind, good luck getting them to contact your Dr if insurance needs a prior authorization"
