"We had a family emergency recently. Our elderly Dad was out of state with his dog when he had a medical emergency. I called Alexander’s Kennel after getting the referral from a local vet. Janette at Alexander’s Kennel did not hesitate to come to our rescue. She went far beyond what their services normally provide. She picked up Dad’s sweet Rosie dog from his car in a tire store parking lot and provided her a warm bed and food and water. Dad’s nearest family member was more than 4 hours away. Janette arranged for Rosie to stay the night and kept her safe and well until family could reach her. She even packed Rosie a to go doggie bag for her trip home. I don’t know what we would have done without Janette’s willingness to go above and beyond the kennel’s normal services. Some people have a business that cares for animals but some people really care about the animals and the humans they belong to. Thank you so much Janette for helping us in our time of need!"
