"Set my prescription in several days ago and was notified by CVS that it is ready to picked up. Go to pick up and they have zero in stock and have no idea when they’re going to get it. This is ridiculous. Don’t go here a few expect them to follow through with anything."

"This is the WORST CVS I have ever experienced. Zero customer service skills or a sense of urgency when filling much needed medication. I was diagnosed with postpartum anxiety and have been waiting six days so far for my prescription. I’ll be transferring my prescriptions and taking my business elsewhere. I’m done with this location screwing up. Last year they messed up my thyroid medicine as well. They’re unreliable and incredibly slow."

"This pharmacy is always on their game and I’ve never had to wait very long. I understand how they are not the insurance company or the doctor and can’t control everything but they are always on their game no matter how busy it is. Some people just need some patience"

"Got a text saying to pick up scripts today. I was car #9. At 40 minutes they were on car #4, and she took 25 of those 40 minutes. If they are doing testing then they need to tell the rest of us when NOT to come, especially if they are keeping each car at drive-up window for the test AND waiting for results. Ridiculous! In this heat I had to idle and I used quite a bit of gas. I waited a full 50 minutes before leaving and they were just on car #5."
