"Compared to the Sam's club by the Dayton Mall , it is not nearly as well stocked in the fish department. Not sure why but someone in charges of the fish department should wake up and start making that section appealing."
"Intermittent, and blatant discrimination at the door. There is no reason for a card check at the door, as one simply cannot checkout here without an account. It was explained to me some years ago by a store manager that it was no longer Sam's Club policy to check everyone's card at the door. Most door greeters have long since stopped. Yet some of the greeters continue to do this, which in and of itself would not be a major issue. However, these greeters do not check everyone. I personally am not a fan of being singled on my way in a store. It's racist. It's not okay. Check everyone, or check no one. It's funny how the door greeter at Wal-mart doesn't ask to see black people's money before they walk in. Otherwise fine store. Nice, bulk prices. Decent selection. Nix the 1840's bouncer and it'd be 5 stars."
"Got several items for a family we adopted for Christmas. Many good deals. We went thru self check. No option for gift receipts at self check. Was told to go to customer service for those. Waited in line 15 minutes then was told I had to go back to a regular register and would have to return it all then repurchase each item separately to get a gift receipt. I'll just give the family the regular receipt with the prices showing. Grrrr no time for all that!"
"It seems Rotisserie chickens are hard to get at this Sam's Club. What's the issue? Special trip to get one, they have none. None on the shelf and none in the oven. When they do have them, there is a "line", which is very informal. They need a "take a number" system to make it fair. Also, you have some idea if you will even get one. Otherwise you wait, but they run out before you get served."
