"I switched to Walmart when the Kroger pharmacies started going downhill. It was a great choice! I have no complaints. There is never a long wait, they get my refills completed quicker than they estimate, and they have quickly resolved any issues that have arisen. The pharmacist (a gentleman- I don't know if there's more than one) has helped me out of a tough situation more than once. Just the other day, I had to revisit them because I hadn't received the correct amount of pills. They didn't give me any grief, and I left with the full rx being filled. A relative had the same issue at Kroger once before, and they told her she was out of luck! And it was a mental health medication, at that! Anyway, everyone I've dealt with here has been very nice. I see Sheldon most often and he is friendly and polite. These people seem to actually care about their customers!"

"I went to pick up my son’s epipen refill and it was going to be over $300, Aeri who worked in the pharmacy researched coupons and insurance for my son and we were able to get his epipens provided free. She even went onto the epipen website and set up my son an account and linked it to his pharmacy account to help us in the future. She did all of this on her own motivation to help our family! We are so grateful for her kindness and her thoughtfulness to help our family!"

"Complete patient neglect!!!! I am disgusted by this pharmacy staff who was there on the closing shift on 2/18. I had an emergency, unplanned wound debridement surgery after an infected implant from a major knee surgery I had had 6 weeks ago. The pharmacy closes at 7 and we arrived at 6:45 at the drive thru to get my medications. I received a confirmation text from Walmart stating all of these medications and I also have my card on file. Would have been a very simple check out. Either a pharmacist or pharmacy tech comes over shortly after we pull up and says we will be with you shortly we have patients at the counter. We say okay. We sit there until 7:15!!! No one comes. My husband runs in and THEY CLOSED THE PHARMACY DOWN!!! I now will be going without pain meds overnight! We called the on call physician and he would only call in my antibiotic and diclofenac (not a control medication/opiate) since the antibiotic was the priority and didn’t want to risk two opiates getting filled. This is COMPLETE patient neglect. I filed a complaint with corporate and I may not hear back for another 72 hours which is also completely inappropriate."

"Had a very good experience with my first pharmacy visit here. Had a prescription transferred from another Walmart store (you must call this store in advance, they will do the work for you) to take advantage of the "drive-through" pick up. Could not have been easier. Darlene"

"Order was transferred frim Sam's club, heard staff calling order over to Walmart due to not having it. And Sam's was told it would be ready for me in 20 minutes. When I went to pick up, I was very rudely told that it had not been cleared and they didn't know why Sam's club would tell me 20 minutes since "they have no idea how busy we are!" Needless to say I had it transferred elsewhere!! They were just nasty rude!!"
