"This sign says "prescriptions ready on time, every time" which is absolutely untrue. Pharmacy workers are absolutely rude and incompetent. They lost my prescription and the pharmacist had nothing to say but "Well, I don't have it." When I drop a prescription off or have it called in, if I don't wait on it in the store, it won't be ready for at least 2 days. The cvs downtown on Ludlow St. Is a MUCH better option. They are fast, friendly and very helpful, often reminding me if I have a prescription that is ready for a refill! If you're able to go there instead, I suggest you take that option. You'll be much happier with your service."
