"Do not take your pet here if you love them. They were too busy to do there job correctly, and ended up missing an infection that progressed and almost killed my cat. My family is beside themselves, thank god we took her to another vet a week later. Otherwise she would be dead, we are not out of the woods yet. Hopefully she pulls through. Either way don’t take you pet here! Updated it was to late and our pet passed away if you love you pets please stay away."

"Call Oregon police for the stolen medication the staff in house pharmacy said I got but never did and accused of and charged for taken form a huge animal cruelty case I trusted them with my baby! All authorities were aware and reports made they accused us of meds we never received but charged us in house pharmacy work gabapentin a high demand street drug there staff is obviously stealing charging and taking from animals who been a bad cruelty case I took in from my own kid! Don’t go there! I almost got in trouble for a controlled medicine we requested got denied until 1/28 appt and I found out now they won’t see us an kept hanging up all authorities called! Even vet med board and cops!"

"Worse place ever , I took my dog there and they said he needed hospitalized , he did when the vet left by himself alone , I paid 500 to help him they never sent the test out , I knew he had something stuck inside him the insisted that it was parvo , at the end of the day when I brought him in they said, oh we don’t think it’s parvo now I could have took him to another vet and saved his life but they insisted it was parvo it wasn’t , then my other dog was coughing they said it’s Kennel cough twice , on her third visit after being rude on the phone , this poor puppy had a broke esophagus bone , no kennel cough like they previously said it was on 2 other visit , don’t take your babies here they will never get another dime from me , and the staff who answered the phone very unprofessional rude and don’t care ."
