"This is literally the worst pharmacy. You can’t always fill on the app, the text notifications are often inaccurate and their stock of basics like birth control and insulin are always out. The staff is mostly incompetent and can’t set up auto refills without being asked several times. The managers don’t seem to support their team members who clearly don’t know how to manage communication let alone daily tasks. More than one occasion I go to pick up multiple prescriptions and they fail to tell me one or more is out of stock and I discover it when I get home. Insulin isn’t a medication that you can miss on a regular basis and they have zero customer service skills to prevent continued issues with RX availability."

"Called about 20 times, no answer. Contacted my insurance and medical provider to get what I need, but they needed to contact the pharmacy. They do not answer the phone for medical providers or other pharmacists. I am diabetic and needed my supplies but they could not answer a singular phone call so I had to go to the rite aide on main street. Please answer phones for at least medical providers so people can get their medicine they depend on to live. This took about two hours, during which they answered no calls from anyone. How do you get orders in??"

"Thank you Lindsey, pharmacy tech. Today she took extra time, and she was very busy, to search for a discount on my medication. Through her extra effort I saved $25. I so appreciated her efforts and that friendly, smiling demeanor."

"Sometimes a long wait, this time I was told 30-45 minutes if I stayed in the Store. There have been other issues including a "lost" paper prescription so it is always good to be sure to stay on top of things. They are great at giving a lot of advice and not being in a hurry can be good in some instances. They went above and beyond to contact a specialist's office where I had tried to fix a dosage error for what I believe is 3 times? One in office and 2 calls and it was very hard to get through to someone in that office at this time. I stay with then because they are familiar (Rite Aid) and I have a lot of medicines to manage. There are frequent staff changes so if you like to see that "familiar face" it may not happen here as much. Overall I believe they want what is best for people and that they are trying. In today's convoluted world sometimes that is sometimes the best you can do. They very recently filled a script at the exact time they said and reduced the wait time so I am adding an additional star."
