"I have taken my large dogs here for a variety of services and for the most part a good job was done. The issues we had were the prices. I would be quoted an amount before the service (usually baths and nails) and when it came time to pay, the price always went up. I had overheard, who I'm assuming is the owner, say charge an extra 5 or 10 dollars cause it took two if them to brush the dog or trim its nails. Towards the end I was paying around $90 to get a nail trim and bathing for one dog. We decided to go elsewhere and pay less than that for two dogs."

"I’m very dissatisfied with my service. I got the “bundler” which was $22. I also added a bath ($18 and up) and blow dry ($28 and up). I was charged $77 for an Australian Shepard. They took him back into a separate room for the bath, which I thought was kind of shady, and when he came back out, he was “blow dried” and got his “nails cut” and “hygiene trim”. When he came back out, he was still wet, his bottom looked the exact same as before, and his nails looked like they were cut every other nail. She did finally correct all of these things after waking back in 3 times and the last time demanding our money back. The owner was not a pleasant lady. I would not recommend this place to anybody. Also, side note, it is very unprofessional that the business comments back on every single negative comment with something else nasty."
