"Food is always really good no complaints there, only thing I do wish is they would accept debit card for delivery when other locations do. I live super close so I can always pick it up, but sometimes it’s just better to have it delivered and when most people don’t carry cash anymore it seems crazy to be cash only for delivery. Multiple times I’ve wanted Gionino’s delivered but since I didn’t have cash I went with Papa John’s instead. Makes no sense."
"Manager Kylie is a rude $&$ and just wants to fight about an order they messed up instead of fixing it. Also said she doesn’t care we had a terrible experience with this location. I’d would try another pizza place before considering this place"
"Ordered an 8 piece chicken with jo Jo's with extra jo Jo's came to $24 and some change. Go home to eat and I only like the breast. Well I take off the skin and ot felt thick and hard. I flip it over and I was like what is this. Took a small bite and it was undone breading. So my husband calls them to let them know. We didn't want anything in return we just wanted to let them know. We'll the person who answered the phone was very rude and said there was no way it was there chicken and they have been making it the same way for over 25 years and hung up the phone. So I put the skin in a baggie and took it up to them. He got very rude again and again said that this wasn't there chicken poking at it took it in the back. In the mean time while this was going on the ppl in the back was laughing. He told us to do what we want to do bc nothing will be done. As you can see from the pictures it is undone. The pictured you see is what it looks like after he poked at it."
"I placed an order for delivery 5.4 miles from their store to my house 15 minutes after I place the order they call me up and say oh we don't deliver there so that I'm left with no food on the way while I'm trying to study I have class in an hour. They basically have denied me supper and then when I said you don't deliver this close they simply hung up on me. I will never give them my money again. I'm highly upset."
