"Was traveling on business and solo so I ate in the bar. Meghan was my server and she did a terrific job taking care of me and the other guests. I ate the pork chop and it was great. Cooked just right and seasoned nicely. The Yukon potatoes were tasty as were the mixed veggies."

"You have probably never eaten at a hotel restaurant of this caliber! The house-master cheese sticks are the best you will ever have! Pork chop cooked to perfection. Several great local beer options. I usually opt to dine at the bar, because Mel is an incredibly efficient, attentive bartender!"

"Unfriendly reception desk. Mundane atmosphere and very ugly decor, uncomfortable booth. A party of 20 people were in the middle of the booths and extremely loud as they talked over each other. My husband's Italian seafood in red sauce had bitty scallops, and my black pepper ravioli lacked flavor. We were looking forward to celebrating our first anniversary, having heard Beau's was a decent, classy, restaurant, yet many people were there in jeans, which also participated in making the atmosphere mundane. Our waitress was pleasant. What was comical is the fine print on the bottom of the green paper menu said they charge a 3% "FEEL" for using a credit card. I suppose a "feel" would have brought some excitement to a very disappointing dinner."

"Easily one of my favorite restaurants i’ve been to in years. food was UNBELIEVABLE. the mozzarella sticks are hand made and so soft. Michele was such an incredible waitress. cannot wait to come back when i’m in the city. Thank you Beau’s!!"

"We’ve never sought a restaurant inside a hotel before, but there’s a first for everything and we are SO glad we found this flavorsome little spot! From start to finish, our visit to Beau’s Grille was fantastic. The service was truly top tier and began before we even arrived — after indicating in our reservation that we were there for date night, the staff arranged their secluded and incredibly comfortable crescent booth just for us! (Pro-tip: if you want to try out Beau’s Grille, do be sure to make a reservation). Being in a corner booth, we didn’t get to experience much of the atmosphere and we’d love to go back and sit out on the terrace. To drink, we got the watermelon and garden cocktails. The watermelon cocktail was a bit on the strong side, but The Garden was pretty tasty! It comprised of cucumber vodka, a spritzer, and some cucumber and basil garnishes and was quite refreshing. To start, we decided to try the Funky Tuna Tartare and WOW was it wonderful. We’d never had tuna tartare before, but this dish sure made us glad we have. We highly recommend this if you enjoy sushi — they have very similar flavors! For our main dishes, we went with the seasonal Lobster Ravioli, as well as the house favorite Black Pepper Ravioli. Friends, believe us when we say… these are definitely not like your average ravioli dishes! The lobster ravioli was fresh and creamy, and the sun dried tomatoes added a nice bit of flavor. Additionally, the black pepper ravioli was chock-full of colorful veggies and had some of the most wonderful flavors we’ve had. All in all, we highly recommend that you check out this cozy little spot in the Hilton hotel. You’ll be treated with such kindness and your taste buds will thank you for days to follow!"
