"Family has been going to this restaurant over the years and the quality of food has gone down tremendously! We waited over twenty minutes to sit down at a table and another ten to just order. Had to put our kids at a seperate table so they could close their extended portion of their builfing. The salad bar was a mess and there dirty containers that it looked like the food had been sitting for hours. We will never return to this restaurant we were appalled."

"I hate even having to write this. But my family has been ordering this same exact pizza for since 2009 we've eaten probably over 200 in the last 14 years. The tomatoe parm pizza. I ordered it last week as usual and it was perfect (the picture). Tonight i tried to order one. They said they don't have it, it's not on the menu. They've never heard of it. I even described it to them. What in the world is going on over there??? They don't even know their own pizza!"
