Papa Johns Pizza

"This was my first time coming here. I ordered my pizza and wings on the phone with no problems at all. The order was ready in the time that I was told. The staff was very friendly and professional. I will definitely be back to this Papa Johns again."

"We got a coupon for a free pizza and decided to get some wings as well. When the pizza got here, in a surprisingly faster time than usual, the driver was handing me the food and wings and I noticed the wings were buffalo not garlic parm like we ordered. I pointed it out, the driver looked at the bill and saw it was supposed to be garlic parm and immediately apologized and offered us the wings still and that he'd be right back with the wings. 15 minutes later he was back with the correct wings and extra sauce. I know they haven't been perfect up there for a while. But, this felt like a step in the right direction. I only wish I had cash to add more to his tip! Thank you, papa John's management and driver. A+"

"Terrible!!!! Stay away from this location, Massillon! Add an hour to whatever time they tell you. Even then they screw up your order. Three separate times we have showed up to pick up an order only to be told another 20-40 min. One time we had to go back 3 times because they kept saying another 20-30 min for our order. Manager could have cared less, simply said we are busy. Sorry we are all done. Their corporate office needs to take the franchise away from the owners!"

"When I ordered on-line it said my pizza would be delivered in 25 - 35 minutes. By the time it said "out for delivery" it took over 40 minutes to arrive. Pizza was cold and on one of the pizzas the ingredients and cheese has slid making a couple of slices inedible. The driver, who already got his tip due to on-line payment, was dismissive. So, the pizza was not good, and the service was subpar. I tried to call but only got a recorded message."

"Ordered the Shaq a Roni. Which is extra cheese and extra pepperoni. It showed up with zero pepperoni. Same order had a bacon cheese stick order and showed up looking ridiculous. Then I spend an hour trying to call back to get them to fix it to be placed on hold and hung up on multiple times. Only thing correct was the poppers and cheese cups."
