Domino's Pizza

"Ordered food through uber eats with clear description of delivery with hotel name and room number. Dominos was supposed to deliver the food (third party deliverer of uber eats). Dominos didn’t deliver food. Not even a picture to show that they delivered the food and charged money through uber eats. This is clearly a fraud activity from Dominos. So pathetic service."

"Second time in as many days that Domino’s has delivered burnt thin crust pizza except this time the pizza was jostled like the delivery driver was in an accident. The pictures speaks for itself. Who would approve this pizza for sale to a customer?"

"I had pizza delivered to a hotel less than 5 miles away, and it still took over an hour to arrive. The driver then gave my food to a random hotel guest in the lobby waiting for pizza also, even though the directions stated to knock and leave food outside of door. I then had to stop the guest in the hallway from trying to take my food into their room, when the receipt clearly had MY NAME and info. I called the store location to complain about the incident and neglect of the lazy delivery, plus how my pizza wasn’t cut and not baked all the way. I was basically called a liar, I sent pictures and confirmed to her the order and room # who’s food was given to a random person. She ended up refunding me in the end. SMH"

"I love dominos but every single time we order from this location there is an issue. I normally order delivery but it has been terrible and takes forever. This time I ordered carry out. It was ready on time but completely wrong. I ordered pepperoni with bacon and extra sauce. I got sausage and bacon with no sauce at all. Disappointed in this location and wish there was a different one closer."

"Everytime we order from this location there is an issue. They routinely forget our sauce and even when we order something simple like a pizza with extra cheese this is what we got. No extra cheese and it's not even COOKED! Last time it was burnt cheesy bread now this. The pasta has maybe a spoonful of sauce. It's just upsetting and the "free pizza" they offer on the app is just not worth it if the pizzas continue to look like this. Delivery driver was great I feel bad he has to deliver this poorly put together order. The only reason this gets 2 stars is because the driver was such a sweetheart. Edit.. we had food delivered and it was to the standard and above. They keep this service up we will order more.! Above and beyond on all the issues we had in the past. It's like they had a checklist and hit all the Marks!"
