"Ordered 3 pizzas and slices and stix and bread sticks with marinara and 2 garlic butter. 2 of the pizzas were burnt as was the bread stix. The slices and stix was half pepperoni pizza and half Hawaiian pizza not bread stix. They had to remake the slices and stix 2 more times to get it right. They remade the breadstix also. Disappointed after spending $42.00 and sitting in the parking lot for 2 remakes then going home a 2nd time to have the rest of my family done eating and i get cold food by myself.oh yea i got jalapeño cheese instead of garlic butter."
"Staff is hit or miss. Some shifts are fabulous. Others make you question how they train their front counter folks. Food again is hit or miss if the staff on that point is following their hold before toss requirements"
"This is the third time I have been here to get food and it has been something wrong. First time it was old and nasty and the second time I had plastic in my piece of pizza after biting into it and this last time tonight the crazy bread was almost black hard to chew and the pizza looked like it was sitting forever also. I spent my hard earned money on food for me and my kids to eat and have been disappointed each time. It shouldn’t be this way."
"This place doesn't even deserve one star. The Mexican kid that works here is very disrespectful. He lied and said he was a manager and lied about his name when asked. The corporate manager clarified that there is no one by the name of Pablo that works here. The kid also called a customer the N word which is NOT professional in any way whatsoever. I use to order here all the time when the two girls worked here that knew what they were doing and treated the working atmosphere and customers with respect and took their job seriously. This place is awful now. I will NEVER order here again. This place has become the WORST pizza place in Massillon."
"I ordered a thin crust pepperoni pizza/garlic butter through the drive-thru. I tipped the young man . I was asked to pull around front to wait. 15 minutes later, still no pizza. I went inside to enquire. I was finally given my pizza and had to ask for the garlic butter dipping sauce that I had already purchased. I phoned in and spoke to Ellie. She was very kind and said if I returned 50% of the burnt pizza they would replace it . I was at work and unable to do so."
