"Didn't want to cook for new years so we got wings. We got the Buckeye wings and they were awesome. They were fried crispy and tender inside. Service was fast definitely will order more."
"I love this place. Food & service is usually good except when using one of their coupons from their website. The employee gave me a super hard time about it. Said I made it up. I literally had to get my phone and go to their website & show the employee the coupons. Then I got no apology or nothing.. he just said oh I didn't know we had those. Smh 10 minutes of my life wasted over a $2 coupon. Do better gioninos."
"I absolutely LOVE they wedges, and USED to love their homemade coleslaw. I'm talking boutique ordering an extra pint type love, until the last time I ordered it.... it was terrible, WAY TOO MUCH vinegar to the point that's all I tasted. I will no longer be a customer unfortunately."
"I take in consideration that most places are short of help. I usually pickup my order through the drive-thru. Every time I pulled up to the window, it's a wait. This last time I waited so long that I thought my pizza is going to be cold. They answered the phone right in front of me. They actually took a order right in front of me. I thought they usually ask if you can please hold, if you called. I thought a body is more important than a order on the phone. Not here. So expect terrible service. On the flip side, the food is great! Which makes my decision not to go back there so confusing. Food great, service poor."
"Another local disappointment!!! We go there a lot but this is the last time. This is what we found in our chicken box. The pizza looked amazing but the chicken was horrible. It was soggy and I don't know what happened to that chicken leg or that thigh, but my family was not eating that. Also when called and spoke with manager he told me to put the chicken in the oven for 5 min all I could say is wow, wow. Why would I want to turn on my oven in 95 degree weather. I told him that was my purpose of coming there so I did not have to cook. Granted I did say I don't feel like leaving back out to pick up new food nor do I trust to have food remade. But all I got was sorry and to me that's not good enough when you have messed up. Well I guess that was our last experience with this place thx for nothing."
