"We ordered when we came in-there was no line when we came in. At 30 minutes, an announcement was made for a different buzzer #, but kid checked the window anyway. At 50 minutes, I went to the kitchen with our buzzer still not activated. They said it had been waiting at least 20 minutes (was cold and nasty looking so it was probably longer). She said buzzers don't always work (I totally get it.) Then said they made an announcement for our number which was absolutely untrue-they called a different number (#1, ours was 35). They agreed to remake which only took 10 minutes so not sure why first one took so long or how long it sat. Of course they called #34 as I was walking away from the window, as well. No need to be untruthful about the announcement. I never left the table and had been listening the entire time. For what I paid, shouldn't have to eat cold pizza."
"Waited in line to cash in tickets. The whole system had gone down therefore the children could not get prices! Service was super slow even when we walked in... How to stand at the door. Waiting for someone to check us in for a good 7 to 10 minutes."

"We had a birthday party for my son here and it was awesome! Our party host, Ravenna, was great! The place is very clean and it wasn't crowded at all. All I had to do was bring the cake and they did everything else. The kids had a blast, and I was very happy!"
