"This is ridiculous. Why use the app to customize an order when the staff never pay enough attention to make the order right? It is CONSTANTLY wrong! The fact that I PAY EXTRA for more protein and THEY DON'T ADD IT, you might as well have robbed me when I came to pick it up! 2/3 orders were incorrect. Don't act like this is rocket science. You want better? Be better. This is absolutely ridiculous. DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION!"
"Avoid this location. They are always out of something like rice, cheese, and beans for example. If you order online, you will not be notified of missing items. Do not be surprised if you receive a bowl of soupy sour cream and a little rice. Not worth it. My most recent order did not have beans, cheese, lettuce or salsa. The meat was ice cold, the bowls were a mess and underfilled. If I knew my employees were serving food like this, I would be embarrassed."
"when i arrived there they had two chairs blocking the line so no one could get in line as if they didn't want anywhere there. No communication they don't speak. The rice was hard the beans I asked for originally were old like they had been sitting there all day she loaded my bowl with sour cream. Was very upset and wont be back."
"Had great service. Soon as i walked in i got asked about how my day was, all the rice, beans and meat were fresh which i know some people are saying that it always isn’t.. it was. All the salsas were good and fresh. The young lady behind the counter was very fast and respectful. Very good portions also. As i get down to the cash register i got greeted once again and we had a nice short conversation. The flavors were there and were very good. Overall 10/10 I will be back"
"The person that made our food needs to be put in the back or it’s best for her to not directly deal with customers. Terrible attitude. When she can’t hear you, she yells repeating her sentence. She did not do this to me, but there was a young kid in front of me. Poor thing. Also, they need to clean the table. It only takes a second. Management not in site. If this is a franchise, owner needs to blindly go in or have someone go in and see it for themselves."
